Public Relations
The Public Relations Unit:
(i) Handles all protocol matters of the Institute;
(ii) Organises dialogues with public or media on issues concerning the Institute;
(iii) Organizes public events according to authorized plans of the of the Institute;
(iv) Liaises with and obtains various publicity documents from relevant authorities;
(v) Disseminates authorized information and materials to stakeholders on functions, services and products of the Institute;
(vi) Prepares communication strategies for the Institute;
(vii) Promotes the Institute’s activities, programmes and policies through media;
(viii) Provides technical advice on matters related to information communication to the Director General;
(ix) Recommends in-service training programmes to within the unit.
